Absolutely not. We specialize in making martial arts accessible for all adults — from day-one beginners to former athletes.
Most adult students train 2–3x per week. Life is busy — we’ll help you find a rhythm that fits your goals.
We welcome experienced martial artists. You'll keep your previous rank, and we’ll help place you in the program level that best supports your growth in our curriculum. Our goal is to build on your foundation while helping you learn new skills and perspectives.
Not at all. Our adult program is designed specifically for adults — you will train with other adults. Everyone starts somewhere, and our community is built on respect, not judgment. You’ll train at your own pace, surrounded by people who want to grow, just like you.
You’re never too old to train. Our adult students range from their late teens to 50s, 60s, and beyond. Classes are scaled to your ability — we focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence at any age.
While martial arts builds strength and fitness, it also trains focus, discipline, and practical self-defense — all in a structured, goal-oriented environment. You won’t just sweat — you’ll learn skills that carry over into life.
Safety comes first. Let us know any concerns, and we’ll adapt drills to support your training. Many students start with past injuries — our goal is to help you train smarter, not harder.
We do not offer childcare at this time. However, many parents find success by coordinating with other families in class or scheduling training around family needs. We're happy to help you find a plan that works — and welcome your child to try a youth program if age-appropriate.
